Tuesday July 28th

Arrival Time: 8am Lehi High School North Parking Lot

Bus will take athletes to Tibblefork Resevior  

Team will go on 4-8 mile run to Silver Lake

Lunch: Cereal and Muffins :)

Guest Speaker

Estimated Time Home: 2 pm

Wednesday July 29th

Arrival Time: 8am Lehi High School North Parking Lot

Bus will take athletes to Deer Creek State Park 

Team will go on 6-10 mile run

Lunch: Sandwiches

Play in Lake!

Snacks

Thursday July 30th

Arrival Time: 8am Lehi High School North Parking Lot

Bus will take athletes to Corner Canyon  

Team will go on 10 mile trail run

Pool Party  (2016 E Village Green Cir, Draper, UT 84020) & Lunch (Cafe' Rio Pork Salad!)

Physical Sports Night

Sports Night on July 29th at 6pm.  We have doctors coming in to perform physicals for $25. The money will go to our athletic department. 

     *We will hold it in the south gym and use the training room as well. 

     *Athletes can pay their money beforehand at the financial office or at the event. Checks made out to Lehi High School.

     *Please have them fill out the history portion of the physical form before they arrive.

We will also have help available for Register My Athlete. Parents and students who are not registered or are having problems completing the registration can get help!

Deseret News 10K - July 24th

Hi team,

We would like to make an opportunity available to you this July 24th. The Deseret News 10K is one of the fastest in Utah and has a great history. High school teams run it every year and they score the top 3 teams. It's a fun way to feel the excitement of a race and score as a team before the season starts. It's $26 to register which also gives you a t-shirt and medal.

This is not mandatory and is only for fun, but we would sure love to see you there and make a great effort to have Lehi win the team awards.

Moritorium (no practice)

Just a reminder that there is no organized practice this week BUT remember to keep doing your weekly mileage (see below)! You don't want to loose all the hard work we have done so far! Captains will be running practice Monday, Wednesday & Friday this week for anyone who wants some people to run with @ 7:30am! See you all next week!
