2015 Cross Country Camp!!!

Items to Bring: Running shoes/Clothes                              

-

 -Water Bottle 

-Swim Suite/ Towel (for ice bath)
-Camp Chair

                                -Sunscreen

Tuesday July 28th

Arrival Time: 8am Lehi High School North Parking Lot

Bus will take athletes to Tibblefork Resevior  

Team will go on 4-8 mile run to Silver Lake

Lunch: Cereal and Muffins :)

Guest Speaker

Estimated Time Home: 2 pm

Wednesday July 29th

Arrival Time: 8am Lehi High School North Parking Lot

Bus will take athletes to Deer Creek State Park 

Team will go on 6-10 mile run

Lunch: Sandwiches

Play in Lake!

Snacks

Estimated Time Home: 2pm

Thursday July 30th

Arrival Time: 8am Lehi High School North Parking Lot

Bus will take athletes to Corner Canyon  

Team will go on 10 mile trail run

Pool Party  (2016 E Village Green Cir, Draper, UT 84020) & Lunch (Cafe' Rio Pork Salad!)

Guest Speakers

9pm Camp Closing Party @ Heaps House (759 Airport Dr Lehi)
