*physicals must be turned in before the camp

*Try-out checklist (green paper) must be turned in asap

*$60 participation fee + $10 for this season's xc shirt can be paid in the financial office

*$15 for the camp needs to be paid to Matt or Jill Heaps before Friday, August 5th

Mandatory Parent Meeting

Hello runners and parents,

On Thursday, the 28th we will have a mandatory parent meeting.  We will hold this in my classroom (room 125) at 7:30 pm.  If you go to the north parking lot, I will prop the door open and my classroom is few doors down the hallway.  If parents can't make it, please come and talk to me earlier that week.

The items being discussed at the meeting are:

-Camp (held August 11,12,13)
-Required paper work
-Meet/Bus schedules
-Team policies
-B4 conditioning class
-Team Mom details (Team Dad's are also included)
-Any other parent concerns or questions

Summer workouts have been going really well, and I have been pleased with our collective effort.

Schedule Change!!
 - From the feedback that I get, a little earlier is better for most....so 8:30 it is.  Remember, if you are not out of town - you need to be to all practices.

Monday - 8:30 am
Tuesday - 8:30 am
Wednesday - 8:30 am
Thursday - 8:30 pm
Friday - 8:30 am
