Tuesday July 29th
Arrival
Time: 7am Lehi High School North Parking Lot
Bus will take athletes to Big Springs State Park
(up Provo Canyon).
Team will go on 4-8 mile run on Big Springs Trial!
Lunch: Cereal and Muffins :)

Bus will take athletes to Deer Creek State
Park
Team will go on 6-10 mile run
Lunch: Sandwiches
Play in Lake!

Bus will take athletes to Corner Canyon
Team will go on 6-10 mile trail run
Bus will take athletes to park for lunch
Lunch: Cafe' Rio Pork Salad!
