Saturday morning we will be running in the "Alvaro's Ward 5k fun run". At least that's what we're calling it. The race starts at Olympic Park in Lehi. More details to come later, but this race will be a good kickoff to the season. It will be good for all of us. The cost is FREE.
Those hills today were insane. Everyone did a nice job - worked very hard. I promise this is all going to pay off, just keep working hard!

New Practice Schedule!
Monday July 13th - We will begin holding practice every morning Monday to Friday. This summer, training has been going so well. I am really proud of how hard everyone is working - keep up the good work. And bring your friends.
