All athletes need to turn in a physical to Coach Jamie or Coach Garrett before they will be allowed to compete this season!!!!
On July 22 at 6:00pm Premier Family Medical (at the American Fork Office located at 226 North 1100 East in American Fork) is hosting a Sports Physical night. The charge is $35.00 for each athlete and the majority of the money collected will be returned to your school for your sports program. If an athlete's parents wish to use their insurance, they should go through their own doctor.
