This year for athletics, we'll be moving to an online document collection instead of using the many different paper forms. Athletes will NOT BE ALLOWED compete without completing the online forms.
Go to: Registermyathlete.com
Click: Login (upper right corner)
Select: State
Select: School
Click: Create an account
Then fill in the necessary information
All athletes will also need to turn in a physical form to Coach Jamie or Coach Garrett before they will be allowed to compete. If you have any questions or problems please let me know! (jalvizo@alpinedistrict.org)
