Pre-Region & BYU

Great job at Grass Relays everyone! Keep staying positive and working hard and greater things are to come! We have two meets this weekend- PreRegion on Wednesday and BYU on Saturday. Click on the link below to see who is registered to race at BYU. If you aren't on the list but want to race please talk to Coach Jamie or if you are on the list but won't be attending also let me know!

Instructions for BYU

Spikes - Spikes are allowed, limited to 1/4" pyramids.  No pin spikes or Christmas trees.  Athletes will only be allowed to run if their spikes have been checked and approved. Each athlete will have to receive a zip tie that will be placed on their laces to show that their shoes have been approved for the course.  Spike will be available for purchase at the meet.

Spectator Admission - Entrance to the Autumn Classic is $5.  Children 5 and under are free.  Any youth athlete age 14 and under that wears their track or cross country uniform is admitted free!

Bus for BYU leaves at 7am sharp!!!!
