Parents & Runners, if you haven't already done so, please register for a Flotrack account.
Here is how to do it: *Click here to start*
Once signed in - Click Here
Then, on the upper-right hand side of the page you'll see "become a Member or Fan of this group"
Runners please click "member" and parents click "Fan".
This will take you to a page to request to be a Member or a Fan. (I think it's a good idea for parents to become a fan become I can message you so quickly and easily if needed)
Submit the request and you're done.
