Monday Aug 27 - Early out. Practice at 2:30 at the High School
Tuesday Aug 28 - B-day practice for conditioning students. Non-conditioning students meet at the cemetery at 3pm. (prep run). Team dinner at Brock Brown's house at 6pm. 248 East 1210 south.
Wednesday Aug 29 - Pre-Region meet at American Fork High School. Girls run at 7pm, and boys run at 7:30. The bus will leave from the north faculty parking lot at 5:45pm.
Thursday Aug 30 - B-day practice for conditioning students. Non-conditioning students meet at the cemetery at 3pm.
Friday Aug 31 - A-day practice at the high school at 2:45. 9th graders get there asap.
