Time for some
team bonding

Oh yes,
LOT's of FOOD!
There's nothing like a team dinner to help get you pumped up for the
BIG RACE!
Coach Rowe gave some
great
advice reminding the team to:
"Run with the intent to win"
"Run your ABSOLUTE best by giving 100% effort and run smart"
"TRUST your coaches, TRUST your teammates, TRUST your yourself..."
Tara Kauffman gave some tips for the race (since she's ran this same course 4 times and was state champ 2 times!)
