There's nothing like a team dinner to help get you pumped up for the BIG RACE!

  

 

 Coach Rowe gave some great advice reminding the team to:

"Run with the intent to win" 

"Run your ABSOLUTE best by giving 100% effort and run smart"

"TRUST your coaches, TRUST your teammates, TRUST your yourself..."

Tara Kauffman gave some tips for the race (since she's ran this same course 4 times and was state champ 2 times!)THANKS to all the moms who made this night a success and THANKS to the LEHI XC team for being the AMAZING people that you are!

GOOD LUCK AT STATE!!! and remember... "TRUST"
